Yes — typically riders bring their own Penny Farthing. It’s essential that all participants are already able to ride a Penny Farthing confidently, as this is a requirement of the event.

If you are able to ride but do not have access to a bike, you’re welcome to contact the organising committee at admin@evandalevillagefair.com to enquire about the possibility of loaning a bike for one or more races.

Please note:

  • Loan bikes are limited and cannot be guaranteed for all races
  • Riders must still complete rider registration and purchase a Humantix ticket
  • By requesting a loan bike, riders acknowledge that they may not be able to compete in all races they nominate, depending on availability

We’ll always do our best to accommodate riders where possible, but availability will vary.
