How do I volunteer?

Complete the Volunteer Registration Form and select your preferred roles and two-hour shifts. Individuals and groups are welcome.

What volunteer roles are available?

Roles include:
• Front Gate & Welcome Crew
• Raffle & Fundraising
• Merchandise Team
• Green Team (sustainability & waste)
• Setup and pack-down
• Race support & course marshals
• Spectator services
• Entertainment & vendor liaison
• Traffic & parking

Do I need experience?

No experience required. Volunteers receive guidance on the day.

Can groups volunteer together?

Yes. Schools, clubs, workplaces, and community groups can register together with appropriate consent.

How much time do I need to commit?

Two hours makes a big difference. Volunteers may choose one or multiple shifts.

Do volunteers get free entry?

Yes. Volunteers receive free entry to the event.

Who can submit an EOI?

Photographers, videographers, production crews, sound and lighting providers, performers, digital and creative professionals, and other relevant services.

Is this a paid opportunity?

Yes. Shortlisted service providers will be contacted with scope details and budgets.

What types of entertainers can apply?

We welcome:
• Bands and musicians
• Roving performers
• Family-friendly acts
• Street performers
• Historical, theatrical, or comedic acts
• Community groups

How do entertainers apply?

Complete the Entertainer EOI Form with act details and media links.

Is payment provided?

Entertainers may outline their performance fees as part of the submission. Selections are based on suitability and available budget.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Complete the Vendor Expression of Interest form on the website. You’ll be asked for details about your business, products or menu, setup requirements, and images if available.

Do vendors keep their profits?

Yes. Vendors retain 100% of their profits. The event provides stall space and access to a large audience. Vendors manage their own setup and operations.

What types of vendors are you looking for?

We welcome:
• Food and beverage vendors
• Artisan makers and local products
• Retail stalls
• Unique or specialty offerings

How are vendors selected?

All EOIs are reviewed by the event committee. Selected vendors will be contacted once programming and site allocations are confirmed.

Is there a fee to participate?

Yes, based on space of the stall. Vendors will be notified of pricing if selected. Typically between $130 and $180.
